We have moved from 4,8% of female sports in media to 10.1% of total coverage.

 

As all of us know, sports media don't give women in sports the importance that they actually deserve. Most of the news are about male athletes and some news with less importance like 'the new haircut of a football player' take up more space than the winners of the last Women's World Cup.

For that reason, we've created a digital movement based on an algorithm that hacks the biggest sports media outlets to show the news in an gender equalitarian way.

The movement ended up being so big to the point the CEO of Diario MARCA (the biggest sport media outlet in Spain) had to post a video announcing a big shift in their editorial strategy, achieving the goal of the first MARCA portrait in the history dedicated to Women.
