Code of hope

We all know that people suffering of depression usually post some hidden signals of their feelings in social networks. But, unfortunately, humans are not always able to see them.

Looking for a tech solution, we joined TWITTER and TELEFONO de la ESPERANZA (The Phone of Hope), to create a system based on an A.I. that was trained with a collection of the latest social posts of real suicides, which was able to identify a pattern of feelings (not just keywords) that would allow us to identify the highest risk profiles of suicidal.

Once 'Code of Hope' identifies these cases, it automatically sends an alert to TELÉFONO DE LA ESPERANZA, to start an individual treatment and support process.
